We have a few ways to donate to the ministry of Southside Church.
You will see that we pay some fees on some of the giving options. We offer these options to make it as easy as possible for you to give. However, if you have the ability to choose an option that puts more of your gift towards the ministry of Southside we encourage you to do so. We thank you for whatever way you are able to give.

Spending of church funds is determined by the Church Board, guided by the annual budget. Gifts which are
designated toward approved projects or programs will be spent as designated, with the understanding that
when the need has been met, or the program/project cannot be completed for any reason as determined
by the Board, the remaining designated funds will be used where most needed. Gifts designated
toward non-approved projects/programs will be spent as determined by the Church Board.
Did you know?
It is our normal practice that 14% of all donations will be given to the district, educational
or global interests and ministries of the Church of the Nazarene, which includes missions and church planting.
A further 5% of general donations go to support local charities and individuals for various holistic needs.
We endeavor to not spend above 50% of total budget on salaries and contracts so that we can use monies
received for various projects and ministries (there is no longer a mortgage on the property, but a portion of
giving goes to cover utility, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility).
